How do I add an item to my Subscribe and Save?

Follow these super-easy steps to add items to your existing Subscribe & Save:

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions". If you are already in the Manage Subscriptions section, simply click the "Subscriptions" link found on the left-hand side.
  4. Find the subscription you wish to modify and click the "Add Product" link beneath that subscription.
  5. You can either search for the product you wish to add in the search box on top of the page or browse our product selection. Once you find your desired product, simply click on the product image of the product you wish to add
  6. Just a few more steps:
    1. Enter "Quantity"
    2. Select your "Delivery" schedule in weeks
    3. Confirm "Shipping" address and "Next charge" date
    4. Click "Add product".

How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save order?

Follow these super-easy steps to cancel your Subscribe & Save:

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions". If you are already in the Manage Subscriptions section, simply click the "Subscriptions" link found on the left-hand side.
  4. Simply click the "Cancel" link found under the Actions column. If you have multiple Subscription orders find the one you would like to cancel and simply click "Cancel" for that specific subscription.
  5. Select the "Reason" for cancellation.
  6. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  7. If you have more than one item in your Subscribe & Save, repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 until all items have been removed.

That's all you need to do. You won't receive (or be billed for) any further shipments for this Subscription order. Once you cancel, you will receive an email from us confirming the cancellation.

Please Note: You must be logged in to make changes and all changes must be made 24 hours before your order is scheduled to ship.

  4. Simply click the "Cancel" link found under the Actions column. If you have multiple Subscription orders find the one you would like to cancel and simply click "Cancel" for that specific subscription.
  5. Select the "Reason" for cancellation.
  6. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  7. If you have more than one item in your Subscribe & Save, repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 until all items have been removed.

How do I delay my Subscribe & Save order?

Follow these super-easy steps to delay your next Subscribe & Save order:

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions". If you are already in the Manage Subscriptions section, simply click the "Subscriptions" link found on the left-hand side.
  4. Click on the "Delivery schedule" link found on the left-hand side.
  5. Click the "Skip" link found under the Actions column. If you have multiple Subscriptions, find the one you would like to delay and click "Skip" for that specific Subscription.
  6. If you want to skip multiple item(s), repeat step 5, until all items you want to skip have been delayed.

Why don't all my orders show up even after I log in?

Excellent question! As part of our ongoing effort to provide outstanding service and support, we have launched a new subscription management system. If you are unable to locate your order history or your Subscription order information, this could be due to your order(s) being placed on our original website. No worries, though! Your order and subscription history can be found here. Still can't find it? Please contact customer service. They're always happy to help.

What is the delivery schedule?

The Delivery schedule tab provides an at-a-glance list of future dates of when your next subscription orders are scheduled to be processed. Within this tab, you may skip a future delivery, edit your subscription, or view previously skipped deliveries.

How do I reactivate my Subscribe & Save?

Follow these super-easy steps to reactivate your Subscribe & Save order:

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions". If you are already in the Manage Subscriptions section, simply click the "Subscriptions" link found on the left-hand side.
  4. Click the "Reactivate" link found under the Actions column. If you have multiple Subscriptions, find the one you would like to delay and click "Reactivate" for that specific Subscription.
  5. If you want to reactivate multiple item(s), repeat step 4, until you have reactivated all the subscriptions desired.

How do I update my credit card information?

Follow these super-easy steps to update the credit card associated with your Subscribe & Save order:

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions". If you are already in the Manage Subscriptions section, simply click the "Subscriptions" link found on the left-hand side.
  4. Click on the "Billing Information" link found on the left-hand side.
  5. Select "Update card" located on the right-hand side of the page right above the billing address.
  6. Enter "Card on File" information
  7. Click "Update Card".

Important Note:

If your most recent order did not process properly due to an error with your credit card, please note, once your credit card is updated, the previously failed charge will attempt immediately.

How do I change the flavor of an item in my Subscribe & Save?

Follow these super-easy steps to change the flavor of an item contained in your Subscribe & Save order:

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions". If you are already in the Manage Subscriptions section, simply click the "Subscriptions" link found on the left-hand side.
  4. Click the "Edit" link found under the Actions column. If you have multiple Subscriptions, find the one you would like to edit and click "Edit" on the one you would like to change.
  5. Select "Change product variant" link.
  6. Select "The new flavor" using the drop-down box on the Change Product Variant page.
  7. Hit "Save".
  8. If you want to change flavors on multiple item(s) in your Subscription, repeat steps 4-7, until all item flavors have been changed.

How can I change my Subscribe & Save delivery date?

Follow these super-easy steps to change the delivery date of your Subscribe & Save order:

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions". If you are already in the Manage Subscriptions section, simply click the "Subscriptions" link found on the left-hand side.
  4. Click the "Edit" link found under the Actions column. If you have multiple Subscriptions, find the one you would like to edit and click "Edit" on the one you would like to change.
  5. Click on the "Change next charge date" link, first link on the page.
  6. Enter the new "Charge date"
  7. Hit "Save".
  8. If you want to change the delivery date on multiple item(s) in your Subscription, repeat steps 4-7, until all item delivery dates have been changed.

What if a product on my Subscribe & Save order is discontinued?

It is rare, but if an item on Subscribe & Save is discontinued, we will send a notification about the discontinued item to the email we have on file for you. The good news is that we have other products, so you can always browse our website for a similar item to replace or you can call our customer service team for a recommended alternative.
